Horizon Oncology Center
Karen Jaworski-Semyen RN,MSN,AOCN
I've learned that if one takes the time to "listen and learn about" their patients, one will be able to provide individual care and meet the patients/families' needs to the best of your ability. Taking time to "explain information allows the patient/families to dispel any "myths" that might exist. Preventing or managing symptoms early on is key.
At Horizon Oncology Center, I try to make a difference in patients' lives by respecting them as individuals with unique needs and providing compassionate, quality care base on these needs.
